|An example of an August bill with the correct average daily temperature for July, in yellow, that can be found on SmartHub.|
There was a minor print issue in August electric bills sent out to members regarding July usage information. ECI REC’s bill processing and printing company, National Information Systems Cooperative (NISC), informed us that the issue originated with the National Weather Service data center, and the average daily temperature for the month of July could not be obtained at the time of processing and printing the electric bills. Therefore, August printed bills will reflect 0 for the average daily temperature for the month of July 2014.
We know this information is a feature our members reference when reviewing their utility bills, so we would like to pass along that the average daily temperature for July 2014 was 69â° Fahrenheit. This has since been corrected on the electronic copy of members’ bills that can be accessed on SmartHub. Please contact our office at 877-850-4343 should you have further questions.
