Bill Payment Options
Energy is essential, and we understand that there are times when paying your bill can be difficult. If you are unable to make a payment or are having trouble with your account, please contact us as soon as possible at 877-850-4343 or visit our Urbana office during regular business hours.
Member-consumers have access to ECI REC’s pay-by-phone system at 855-939-3584. Additionally, online payments are accepted through SmartHub’s 
Electronic Direct Payment: Member-consumers can elect automatic monthly payments through a bank account, credit card, or debit card. Members can enroll through SmartHub, complete the form below requesting more information, or contact our office at 877-850-4343.
24-Hour Drive-up Box: ECI REC maintains a payment drop box at the Urbana office. Payments dropped should utilize checks or money orders for security.
All monthly billing statements include an envelope for mail remittance. If you are missing an envelope, direct your payment to:
