Energy Efficiency Rebates

East-Central Iowa REC (ECI REC) offers a variety of rebate incentives for residential, agricultural, and commercial member-consumers.

Rebate qualifications vary by program. Please review the appropriate rebate form and requirements before making a purchase.

When applying for a rebate, be sure to keep your receipts and complete the correct rebate form.

  • Rebates of less than $500 will be applied directly to your account.
  • Rebates above $500 are sent by check within 1–5 weeks after approval.
  • Rebates for new construction projects – including new buildings or added (non-replacement) capacity – may differ. Please contact ECI REC for details.
