Matt Werner

Matt Werner is a crop farmer in Benton and Black Hawk Counties and has been an ECI REC member since 1995. He earned an Ag Business degree from Hawkeye Community College and previously worked as an ag loan officer with U.S. Bank, as well as in custom grain hauling and delivery for Anderson Erickson Dairy. 

Matt and his wife, Andrea, live near Mt. Auburn and have three children. Matt currently serves as a director for Tama Benton Coop, treasurer of his homeowners association, and previously served on the Benton County Farm Bureau board, Lions Club, and Sacred Heart Finance Board. 

He enjoys spending time with family, traveling, playing cards, watching college basketball, and boating at Lake of the Ozarks. Matt looks forward to the opportunity to give back to the cooperative and help continue the tradition of dependable service for ECI REC members.
